And we ensure that our portfolio companies build disciplined governance structures of their own as they grow.

Ishe maintains a gender-lens in sourcing capital, founders and solutions. Additionally, the management company and fund are both majority female-owned.
Ownership determines the direction of capital. Therefore, it only makes sense that more women are part of the capital efforts on the continent, if we actually intend to achieve gender-based goals.
Having more women owners, founders and builders will only improve the quality of solutions we build and accelerate the pace at which we achieve our collective visions for the continent.
